I haven't posted a blog in almost a month. I have been really busy getting my house ready to sell. Ed came up for a week in July and helped paint and get contractors started on getting my house ready to put on the market. Then in August, after our ceremony and a short vacation on the Cape I finally listed it on August 29. I vacate on Thursday or Friday and head for the Cape to allow realtors to do their thing and come back on Mondays. We had an offer pretty quickly after listing it and with any luck we will have the P&S this week. But I am not counting my chickens just yet.
In the meantime, I thought it would be fun for some of you who haven't ever been to my house to see where I live. I like to envision people in their own environments, don't you? So this has been mine for the past 10 years, almost to the day.
And if all goes well, I will have a new environment to share with you soon as I start packing for Chattanooga. I hope you will all be able to visit in person, not just virtually, when we finally get settled.
